Main responsibilities:
The Director of Retail Execution - Meat and Seafood plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and sales acceleration across all divisions. This leader will serve as a strategic liaison between merchandising, operations, and retail support teams, ensuring seamless execution of meat and seafood programs and initiatives.

We value teamwork, transparency, and a bias for action-always striving to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and partners. Collaborate with retail support teams across all divisions to manage new and existing scale items. Act as the primary liaison between the meat/seafood merchandising and operations teams. Partner cross-functionally with business units to develop processes and documentation for key programs and reinvent existing initiatives. Lead butcher block archetype reviews and form evaluations for space and equipment allocation. Build and implement programs aimed at driving sales while maintaining operational efficiency. Work closely with the digital team to ensure imagery and catalog accuracy across divisions, developing processes for data integrity. Provide clear communication and guidance to divisions and vendors regarding new item processes, critical documentation, and expectations. Coach teams on P&L outlook and financial impact of retail execution strategies. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Proven experience in retail execution, merchandising, or operations within the meat and seafood category. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive alignment across multiple business units. Experience with digital cataloging and data accuracy processes is a plus. Financial acumen with the ability to coach on P&L impact. The position will be based in Boise, ID, or Pleasanton, CA.

The salary range is $118,100 to $165,380 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
