Client Relations Receptionist - Tails Pet Resort (Las Vegas, NV)

Tails Pet Resort is a premier pet daycare and boarding facility in Las Vegas, dedicated to providing top-tier care, comfort, and enrichment for dogs. Our team is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and professional environment for both pets and their owners.
We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented experienced receptionist to join our front desk team. This is the first point of contact for our clients, so a friendly attitude and love for animals is a must!
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible scheduling available)
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth upon arrival Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously Schedule daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments using our reservation system (training provided) Check pets in and out, ensuring accurate records of feeding, medications, and special care needs Process payments and manage client accounts Provide clear communication to pet owners regarding policies, updates, and services Support smooth front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and light cleaning/organization of the lobby Collaborate with pet care staff to ensure exceptional client and pet experiences Qualifications
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred (hospitality, veterinary, or pet care experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy (comfortable with scheduling systems, email, and payment processing) Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Passion for animals and providing outstanding customer care Perks & Benefits
