Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-call rotation for after-hours calls or leads may be required Responsibilities:
Promptly and professionally answer incoming phone calls Provide compassionate and efficient assistance to callers Communicate through LiveChat, email, and other digital platforms Schedule service appointments based on location and job scope Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure proper technician placement Support marketing efforts by posting on social media and sending emails to customers Assist with general office duties including invoicing, payment collection, and batching Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals Qualifications:
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (iOS experience a plus) Previous experience in a call center or dispatch environment preferred Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
