HOURS: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM RANGE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND BUILDING NEEDS
$100.00 90 DAY PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS
$300.00 REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
Responsibilities for JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER Include, but Not Limited to:
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning sinks, counter tops in break rooms Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered Cleaning windowsills and vents Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner Traveling to multiple job sites throughout the shift Skills for JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:
Good communication and interpersonal skills Good client/customer service skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work with a team or independently as needed Willingness to learn Requirements of JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:
Valid drivers license Acceptable criminal background check Acceptable driving record Physical Demands of JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:
Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds Quality Work, Responsive Service, and a Commitment to People. This is a full time position
