Job Description:

We are seeking a

Software Test Engineer

with experience in

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Bench Testing

to join our team in IL. The candidate will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting software and hardware components for high-precision positioning and autonomy applications.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct

HIL Bench Testing

to validate software and hardware performance. Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks for system validation. Troubleshoot

C++ code

(no development required) to analyze software/hardware issues. Utilize

Python

for scripting, test automation, and data analysis. Work on

autonomy and robotics systems , focusing on high-accuracy positioning solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing methodologies and product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with HIL Bench Testing

(any platform). Strong

Python

scripting and test automation skills. Ability to read and troubleshoot

C++ code

(development experience is not required). Autonomy experience

and knowledge of high-accuracy positioning systems (preferred). Robotics experience

in a testing or validation role. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
