CARE is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team!
The Schedule:
We have the following schedules available:
6am - 2pm / 6am - 4pm 8am - 4pm / 8am - 6pm As a 24/7 hospital, we are open on weekends and holidays. All CSRs will be required to rotate holiday coverage. Requirements
High School degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience required Veterinary CSR experience preferred, but not required The ability to stay calm when customers are under stress or upset Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to multitask Proficiency with computers Emotionally intelligent
