Project Manager to lead a major website redesign focused on AI-optimized search and user experience. The role includes managing the RFP process for selecting vendors and CMS, coordinating with ITS, vendors, and leadership, and overseeing integrations with systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Slate.
Key Qualifications: 5+ years managing digital/web projects and RFP/vendor selection CMS evaluation and implementation experience (no preferred platform) Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Higher education experience with decentralized stakeholders Ability to commit 35 hours/week for 12 months
Preferred: Familiarity with Cascade CMS Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems Consulting background Knowledge of web accessibility and AI-driven web features
