Local Travel Home Health Registered Nurse - Coeur d'Alene, ID

Contract Length: 12 Weeks

Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,600 (based on experience)

Job Description:

* Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the assigned territory

* Complete comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

* Accurately document visits using OASIS and ensure timely submission of all required documentation

* Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide disease process education to patients and caregivers

* Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

* Monitor and adjust care based on patient progress and outcomes

* Maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

* Active Registered Nurse license in Idaho (or compact state license)

* Current AHA BLS certification

* Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience

* Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required

* Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
