Life Safety Systems Engineer – Multiple U.S. LocationsnWe are seeking a Life Safety Systems Engineer who is passionate about designing solutions that protect people, assets, and facilities. This role will give you the opportunity to work on impactful projects across industries such as semiconductor and data centers. You’ll collaborate with talented teams to provide code-compliant fire and life safety solutions while contributing to high-profile projects nationwide.nPreferred Locations: Tempe, AZ | Austin, TX | Portland, OR | Fort Worth, TX | Pittsburgh, PAn(Other U.S. locations may be considered for highly qualified candidates.)nWhat You’ll DonnDevelop and design fire life safety systems, including fire sprinklers, fire alarm, VESDA, toxic gas detection, leak detection, security, and CCTV systems.nInterpret and apply IFC, IBC, NFPA 101, NFPA 72, NFPA 70 (NEC), and NFPA 400 codes to ensure compliance.nCreate detailed design deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit MEP including 2D drawings and 3D BIM models.nProvide calculations, equipment specifications, and construction documentation.nInterface directly with clients, code officials, and internal design teams.nContribute to estimating, scheduling, and managing mid-to-large-scale projects.nMentor junior engineers while collaborating with senior design professionals.nnWhat We’re Looking FornRequired:nnBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ability to obtain PE license required).n4+ years of AutoCAD design experience.nStrong knowledge of fire and life safety codes (IFC, IBC, NFPA 101, NFPA 72, NFPA 70, NFPA 400).nHands-on experience with fire alarm systems, VESDA, security, CCTV, HPM, and leak detection.nExperience with design and construction specifications, cost estimating, and project scheduling.nnPreferred:nnProfessional Engineering (PE) license.nExperience leading projects and managing resources.nBackground in semiconductor or data center design.nFamiliarity with 3D BIM software (Revit).nProven ability to mentor junior staff and manage design processes.nnWhy Join UsnnBe part of complex, high-visibility projects that shape critical industries.nWork with cutting-edge technology and design platforms.nOpportunity for growth into project leadership and design management roles.nCollaborative, team-oriented environment with three openings available now.nPlease send your resume to for consideration.Â
