ASAP upon credentialing Duration:
Minimum
12-week commitment Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (1-hour lunch) Flexibility:
5 days/week preferred, but 3 4 days may be considered Call:
None Patient Volume:
patients per day Scope:
Ages 0 18, well and sick visits,
100% outpatient care Requirements
Board Certified
Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS Licensure:
Active, unrestricted license and DEA from
any U.S. state or territory Practice History:
No lapse in clinical practice
greater than 6 months
prior to assignment Cultural Competency:
Demonstrated cultural humility and commitment to underserved communities Location & Mission
