As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you representhelping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities: Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs Educate individuals on each nonprofit's goals, impact, and ways to get involved Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution Uphold our company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism Who We're Looking For
No previous customer service or outreach experience requiredwe provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. We're looking for passionate, people-first individuals who thrive in dynamic, public-facing roles.
