Benefits Customer Service Representative Details:
Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222
On-site 1st day before going remote | August Start Date
Payrate: $16.50/hr | Pay increase after 30 days 18/hr Required Availability: Mon-Fri only hours vary, 8-hour shift between 8a-9p | some OT required
32 to 40 hours per week OT hours may run as late as 11p

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Benefits Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
Adhere to all pertinent local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations. Perform sanitation and maintenance of the cleanroom area. Perform sanitation, maintenance, and tracking of infusion equipment. Perform pharmaceutical infusion compounding activities. Participate in pharmacy quality control and performance improvement activities. Perform pharmacy inventory control. Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA. Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required Attendance mandatory for first 90 days Call center experience required Strong computer skills required Strong problem solving skills required Must have a private/quite workspace with internet connection MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 MUST be available for after hours OT
Remote Work Requirements:
Must reside within the United States - within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Dedicated, distraction-free work environment High-speed, hardwired internet connection required (Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular, or dial-up connections are not acceptable) Ability to use employer-provided computer and tech equipment
