This position will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment to provide support to internal and external customers by utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer service issues within the scope of policy. This position requires a high level of flexibility as it relates to cross training on multiple functions within the organization.

- Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff

- Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
- Manage confidential information effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Typing - 40WPM
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Previous pharma products experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
