Position Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced IATF Project Lead to join our team. The candidate will oversee all aspects of the IATF and ISO programs, ensuring compliance with IATF standards and requirements. The IATF Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, monitor the implementation and continuance progress and address ongoing issues to conformance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of IATF standards within the organization. Develop project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of IATF project. Ensure compliance with IATF standards and requirements throughout the project and continuous compliance. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives. Lead auditor for Quality Management System to ensure processes meet established QMS standards. Conduct audits of all customer specific requirements and facilitates changes required to the QMS. Responsible for coordination, planning and training of all activities associated with the QMS Audit Program. Quality Management System Representative for all third party IATF16949, external and internal audits.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (AA or Business) or Bachelor's degree
Twelve months to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Auditor certification (IATF 16949), Lead Auditor certification
Implementation of IATF 16949 program
Minimum of 2 years of IATF16949 auditing experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Proven experience in project management, specifically in implementing IATF standards. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong Communication Skills - written and verbal
Attention to detail / excellent organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skills (i.e. databases, formulas, pivot tables, graphing)
