Join our team as a Liquor Sales Associate, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members while ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment. What you'll do: Maintain a safe facility by adhering to safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting any unsafe conditions to management. Deliver outstanding member service by acknowledging customers, understanding their needs, helping them with purchasing decisions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Organize and present merchandise effectively by stocking shelves, creating attractive displays, and ensuring all products are well-maintained and priced correctly. Keep the liquor sales area compliant with company policies through proper management of claims and returns, ensuring the area is tidy and organized, and monitoring for shrink and damages. Operate cash registers efficiently, process member transactions, and assist with payments, returns, and refunds while following appropriate procedures for varying membership types. Maintain cash register supplies and reduce shrinkage by following company protocols regarding concealed merchandise and actively working to meet performance goals. Adhere to company and legal guidelines for liquor sales, including securing merchandise, checking member IDs, and completing necessary paperwork.
