Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Location: Onsite – Cary, NC (Remote possible in the future)
Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a growing specialty business in the healthcare industry. These positions are full-time and onsite, with the potential for remote work in the future. Candidates must reside in Cary, NC or surrounding area and be comfortable working in an office environment at this time.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
Support patients with information related to medications, co-pay programs, smart/debit cards, and insurance claims
Assist in claim adjudication processes and resolve benefit issues
Deliver accurate and timely information to both patients and healthcare providers
Document all customer interactions in compliance with internal policies
Requirements:
Must reside in Cary, NC or surrounding area
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment
Reliable attendance and commitment to a 40-hour work week
Work Location Details: This is a 100% onsite role located in Cary, NC. While remote work is not available at this time, there may be future opportunities to transition to a remote setup for eligible employees.
