About the Role:

The

Digital Media Coordinator

is a hands-on content creator and digital storyteller who fuels Easton's legendary archery brands with compelling media and campaign execution. From designing scroll-stopping visuals to capturing and producing video, this role blends creativity with strategy to build meaningful connections and grow a community of loyal brand enthusiasts.

You'll join a collaborative, detail-driven marketing team where bold ideas meet precise execution. It's fast-paced, content-heavy, and rooted in the passion of the outdoor lifestyle. The ideal candidate brings an appetite for storytelling, a sharp visual eye, and the technical skills to deliver digital content that inspires and engages.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation & Publishing

Design and publish multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and video

Partner with advertisers to align promotions and source fresh content regularly

Create engaging educational media and product tutorials

Track digital trends and apply innovative ideas across social, blog, SEO, and email channels

Grow social media audiences, boost email engagement, and drive direct sales through impactful content

Report on campaign performance and share audience insights with marketing and sales teams

Develop and manage weekly email marketing campaigns while expanding and maintaining subscriber lists

E-Commerce Content Development:

Create product and brand content that improves user experience, drives engagement, and boosts online conversions and bolsters brand image

Marketing Support:

Support marketing efforts, including photography, video production, and planning

Provide marketing projects administrative support

Contribute to a variety of team initiatives, with flexibility to take on evolving priorities

Ideal Experience & Skills:

Demonstrated creative skills in video editing and storytelling

Planning, oversight, and execution of digital marketing projects

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail in managing multiple projects

A natural problem-solver with the ability to move projects from concept to completion

Familiarity or passion for archery, hunting, or outdoor sports is highly valued

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite ( Premiere Pro,

Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO fundamentals, blogging, and social media tools

Background in digital media, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience

Capable video editor and content producer for various platforms, including YouTube and Instagram

Work Environment & Benefits:

Full-time hourly position based at Easton's Salt Lake City headquarters

Standard 40-hour workweek with occasional flexibility for deadlines or content shoots
