Role Description This is a full-time role as a Commercial Property Broker located in Northern California. We have offices in Sacramento, East Bay, San Francisco and the South Bay. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Brokers to join our small but dynamic team in Northern California. A book of business and proven track record of successful transactions, strong market knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. We have a strong support team for those just starting out in brokerage, as well. About the Company KWP Real Estate is a leading real estate firm specializing in commercial property sales and leasing. As a broker you will be supported in your efforts to build your book of business in the following aspects: Client Representation : Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Business Development:
Actively prospect and network to identify and cultivate new client relationships, generating a pipeline of business opportunities. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to provide clients with expert guidance on property values, market trends, and investment strategies. Marketing and Strategy : Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for exclusive property listings to maximize exposure to qualified buyers and tenants. Negotiation : Expertly negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and purchase-and-sale agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Transaction Managemen t: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all legal requirements and deadlines are met. Compliance : Maintain in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions. Collaboration : Partner with other brokers, appraisers, lenders, and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth and successful transactions. What We're Looking For:
Three plus years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a verifiable track record of successful transactions. A valid California real estate broker's license. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and market research capabilities. Proficiency with relevant real estate software and CRM systems (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, MLS). A self-motivated, results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. A strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Compensation:
