Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead and execute the paid digital advertising strategy for our client. This role is essential in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through effective execution across display, paid social, and paid search. In this role, you will play a key role in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, collaborating closely with SDRs and sales to ensure campaigns reach and convert high-value target accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong performance marketing mindset, deep experience in paid media, and a passion for aligning marketing and sales efforts to accelerate revenue.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for an onsite worker in the Santa Clara, CA area. What You Will Do: Lead the development and execution of full-funnel paid campaigns across: Display advertising (programmatic, retargeting); LinkedIn (sponsored content, ABM targeting); Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) Manage and optimize media budgets and bidding strategies to drive efficiency and pipeline. Own vendor/platform relationships and campaign calendar. Partner with the ABM team to develop digital programs targeting strategic accounts. Align closely with Sales Development Reps (SDR) and Sales to support outbound motions with digital air cover. Provide insights and performance feedback to SDR and sales teams to optimize conversion points. Optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding using data-driven experimentation. Track and report on key metrics such as Click Through Rate, Cost-Per-Click, Cost-Per-Lead, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Create dashboards and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with campaign managers and content teams to align messaging across assets. Work with web and design teams to develop and optimize high-performing landing pages. Ensure proper tagging and tracking for attribution and lead flow into marketing automation and CRM systems. What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on management of paid media campaigns for a high tech comp any (REQUIRED) Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks

(REQUIRED) Proven track record in B2B marketing, especially in SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Experience building and executing campaigns as part of ABM programs. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with SDRs and sales teams. Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic platforms. Skilled in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM (Salesforce), and MAPs (Marketo, HubSpot). Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong project management skills. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and how it complements paid strategy, a plus.
