Job Description Our law firm is seeking a motivated Maryland-barred Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse and dynamic caseload, handling cases from inception through trial and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. Our firm serves local, regional, and national clients in a broad practice emphasizing civil litigation, bankruptcy, banking and commercial lending, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, creditor representation, foreclosure, and estate planning and administration.
