Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney with 0- 6 years of relevant experience, at our Walnut Creek, California office. This is not a remote position. The Attorney will be responsible for handling a broad range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting liability reports, taking and defending depositions, attending and participating in settlement conferences and trial. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to present legal arguments succinctly and effectively. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal analysis, legal documents, representing clients in court, and collaborating with colleagues on complex cases. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Defense Law Experience in drafting legal pleadings, providing Legal Advice and conducting Research Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Admittance to the California State Bar Prior experience in a law firm setting is a plus Seniority level
