ROLE: Oracle Fusion ERP Admin Consultant
LOCATION: Watsonville, CA
Job Description:
This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM application deployment, administration, and managing the SaaS Oracle applications. This role requires strong knowledge of supporting user access, auditing, and custom role security design. Additionally, experience in managing Oracle application environments with supporting refreshes, outages, system monitoring, configurations, and patching is essential. The role also involves supporting technical object migrations including BIP, ESS, BICC, and OIC as needed. We are looking for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience in ERP implementations, and a team player and leader who is reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer-focused. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to handle a diverse range of technical and operational tasks in a continuously evolving environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS environments, configurations, user access and auditing, and instance patching. Manage Oracle refreshes and patches to ensure system stability. Support user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM, EPM, guiding users to ensure proper access. Manage auditing for users and access, minimizing access violations in Oracle RMC. Configure and migrate reporting objects and OIC objects within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Collaborate with Oracle for system/service maintenance, backups, and recovery. Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability, integrity, and recoverability. Support patching, critical updates, and scheduled downtimes. Coordinate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle regarding environment maintenance and outages. Handle service requests and notifications related to patching and updates. Assist technical team members with configuration management. Support issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to resolve issues. Implement configurations for Oracle SaaS Applications for production and development. Migrate SaaS and PaaS objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs. Follow up on service requests and support users via ServiceNow tickets. Job Requirements:
8+ years of overall ERP Administration Experience 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM, OTM) Seniority level
