We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional hiring experience as we scale our team.

In-office M/T/W/F Responsibilities Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes Ensure an exceptional candidate experience Constantly think about ways to drive improvements in processes Track and report on weekly data Assist with broader recruiting tasksas needed Qualifications Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without being asked Meticulous attention to detail Analytical mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment Strong desire to have a career in talent Nice-to-have
