Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, 5+ years. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost analysis. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to accuracy, teamwork, and deadlines.
