As a Loan Partner / Pre-Approval Specialist, you’ll work directly with our top producer, taking loans from application through clean pre-approval, then to contract, and handing a structured file to processing. In this role, you’ll own the borrower journey up to underwriting, generate referrals from key partners, and deliver clean files that make both the LO and Realtor partner shine. This is an in-office position, but we are open to remote work for the right fit. Compensation- Base $55,000 and Bonus - $75,000 to $95,000 Responsibilities: •
Guide Borrowers with Confidence:
Review credit, income, and assets, then structure loans for smooth approvals. Explain the rate, payment, and down payment clearly so clients feel at ease and excited about their future. •
Run the Numbers:
Price Loans, Use DU/LP, and your product knowledge to create strong pre-approvals and set borrowers up for success. •
Package the File:
Collect and organize all documentation upfront. Your goal—deliver a clean, complete file that processors can move seamlessly through underwriting. •
Build Realtor & Title Partner Relationships:
Connect regularly with agents and title partners to strengthen trust, generate referrals, and create new opportunities for our LO. •
Be the Communication Hub:
Maintain consistent contact with borrowers and agents so everyone knows where things stand. You’ll make sure the LO and Realtor partner shine. •
Tackle Roadblocks:
When conditions or questions arise that could stall the process, you’ll step in to hunt down solutions and keep the file moving. • Keep Growing: Stay sharp on products, guidelines, and systems while suggesting process improvements that make the borrower experience even better.

Qualifications: • You’re a mortgage professional with at least 2+ years of experience (5+ preferred) in a role such as Pipeline Manager, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, or Account Representative. • You know how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, and you’re familiar with structuring loans and navigating FHA, VA, CONV, and NON QM products. • NMLS licensed (or willing to become licensed). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by exceptional customer service. • Proficient in DU, LP, and mortgage systems with a strong understanding of procedures, documentation, and guidelines. • Skilled in communication with strong interpersonal abilities, ensuring each client feels valued and informed. • Ready to support top-producing Originators by providing a seamless, well-coordinated borrower journey and helping both the LO and Realtor partner shine.
