Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Senior Technical Business Manager to join their team as a contractor (potential to convert to a FTE). As a Senior Technical Business Manager, you will be part of the executive leadership support team, playing a crucial role in the daily operation and strategic planning of the technology function. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a strong ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Prepare, track, and manage strategic initiatives, OKRs, and departmental goals.

Build and maintain high-quality executive dashboards, business updates, and decision-support decks.

Manage the technology department's budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning in partnership with Finance and HR.

Provide oversight and reporting on key technology programs and projects.

Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external consumption.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in a technical business management, COO office, or business analyst capacity.

Proven experience as a cross-functional Business Manager or COO within a fast-paced environment.

Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and business judgment.
