ABOUT THE POSITION This fee-for-service, part-time role provides therapeutic services—individual, family, and group therapy—to assigned students in partner school settings. Under the supervision of the Outpatient Supervisor and School-Based Coordinator, the School-Based Clinician manages a caseload of up to 12 students, conducts intake and diagnostic evaluations, provides crisis intervention, collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and participates in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings. The role maintains clinical records in compliance with insurance regulations and clinic policies and meets clinical productivity standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to assigned students at designated school locations. • Manage a caseload of up to 12 students; conduct intakes and diagnostic evaluations. • Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. • Collaborate closely with school

administration/staff

to support access to services and continuity of care. • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings. • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation compliant with insurer requirements and clinic policies. • Meet clinical productivity standards and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. • Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to diverse students and families. REQUIREMENTS Must-Haves • Graduate-level degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. • Experience working with diverse individuals and communities across cultures. • Ability to reason and follow written and verbal directions effectively. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with Wraparound program models and/or CBHI services. • Experience in nonprofit youth development and/or behavioral health outpatient settings. • Familiarity with school-based behavioral health and interdisciplinary collaboration.
