Come join the Virtual Expert Platform organization as a Staff Business Systems Analyst. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This business systems analyst will partner with our CRM Platforms Product Management team to design, develop, and champion innovation within our Customer Relationship Management Platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue for Intuit. This role involves personalizing our agents' tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development, and coordinated releases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership. Facilitate joint design sessions to refine experience requirements. Develop functional and non-functional prototypes to gain alignment and acceptance. Develop and deliver scalable solutions to support or personalize expert experiences. Ensure solutions meet enterprise development standards. Write user stories within an Agile framework, including clear acceptance criteria and dependencies. Minimum Qualifications

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration and/or development. Salesforce Admin certification required. Salesforce Sales Cloud certification highly preferred. Salesforce Service Cloud certification highly preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting effective communication. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proven leadership in launching cross-functional teams on time. A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to deliver innovative experiences quickly. BS or BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
