Responsibilities for a Customer Service Guide include but are not limited to:

Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and personalize the delivery experience

Serve as a Rivian product expert, supporting both new and existing customers

Assist with vehicle registration documentation during delivery

Collaborate with internal teams to uphold vehicle standards and operational excellence

Explore creative solutions to customer challenges with curiosity and resourcefulness

Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership

Candidates for Customer Service Guide must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1+ years of customer service experience; EV experience is a plus

Must be at least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or GED required

Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses (if applicable)

$ 23.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week; flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Pay Details:

$23.00 per hour
