Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end configuration of Manhattan Active WMS modules including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management. • Translate business requirements into functional configurations and workflows. • Customize RF workflows, user roles, labeling standards, and reporting tools. • Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Manhattan Active WMS. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in real-time with warehouse operations. • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes through system enhancements. • Create and maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, SOPs, training materials, and process flows. • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and efficiency. • Lead or support cross-functional projects involving WMS enhancements or new site rollouts. • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals. • Configure and implement Manhattan WMS solutions including Labor Management and SCI Reporting. • Troubleshoot and provide support for Manhattan solutions. • Develop software solutions in an agile environment, including requirements definition and functional specification. • Drive integration meetings to determine system requirements and specifications. • Drive process and productivity improvements based on analysis of existing operations and system capabilities. • Ensure alignment of customer and business process enhancement requests with the core system scope.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 a Year
