The Group Product Manager for SMB Payments will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of small businesses across America get work, and then get paid for it. The reality is, businesses dislike how much time they spend in QuickBooks to get paid and repeatedly follow up with their customers. You will transform this pain pointreplacing it with beautiful, time-saving softwareand automate over 95% of the process so SMBs can focus on growing their business. To achieve this, you will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy driven by customer obsession, conducting numerous interviews to build empathy. You will combine qualitative insights with thorough funnel and behavior analysis to execute your vision, promoting prosperity and profitability globally. Responsibilities: Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the SMB accounts receivable experience. Product Strategy:

Set a clear vision and devise a compelling strategy including customer persona targeting, problem narrowing, competitive positioning, prioritized solutions, roadmap planning, metrics setting, and impact measurement. Execution:

Build high-quality solutions balancing quality and speed, validate designs through testing, consider edge cases, ensure customer-backed experiences, overcome obstacles, and communicate effectively with leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to foster innovative thinking and accelerate delivery. Market Leadership:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies such as AI, AR, automation, and Payments. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with strong pay-for-performance rewards. The base salary range for this role in the Bay Area, California, is $237,500 to $321,500. The position is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits as per company plans. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and location, with ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity across demographics. Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years in product management, with successful experience in B2B/B2C SaaS product development and launch. Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring, and retaining top product talent. Deep understanding of SMB operations and payment processes. Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and customer-centric product development. Passion for solving customer problems and interest in AI software's future.
