What You Will Do: Review plans and specifications Prepare accurate and competitive quotes. Provide pricing and product information to customers. Collaborate with sales team and manufacturers. Uses web-based manufacturer selection tools. Do preliminary take off on upcoming jobs. Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2 or more years’ experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management) Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
Characteristics of a Successful Inside Sales Representative: Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Strong time management skills Sincere desire to help others. Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough results. Superior written and oral communication skills Proven problem solving, leadership and listening skills. Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it) Strong technical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task Strong administrative and organizational skills
