with professionalism and heart. Administer medications and treatments
with precision and care. Monitor and assess residents’ health, keeping
accurate and up-to-date records . Work alongside a
multi-disciplinary team
to ensure the best outcomes for residents. Foster a
safe, clean, and comfortable
environment for those in your care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. What We’re Looking For: Licensure:
Current
LPN license in North Carolina
(or eligibility to obtain). Certification:
CPR certification—because you’re always prepared. Experience:
Assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus. Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to care. Communication:
A great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to
connect with residents and team members alike . Weekend Availability:
