$65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and based on school schedule - not a reflection of yearly salary) Relocation Assistance:

About the Role: A leading therapy organization in
Coastal North Carolina
is seeking a
full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
to join its multidisciplinary pediatric team. This direct-hire role is ideal for a licensed SLP-CCC with experience in school or pediatric settings who is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals. You’ll work closely with families, educators, and therapy colleagues in a supportive outpatient setting that emphasizes collaboration, clinical growth, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a school-based outpatient setting Conduct annual screenings, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ABA professionals Develop individualized treatment plans and coach families for carryover in daily routines Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and educational standards Participate in ongoing mentorship, peer support, and professional development
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication skills, a team mindset, and a patient-first approach
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary:
$65,000 – $85,000 ,
