Technician/Engineer
– Natick, MA (Potential for Permanent Hire) About Busek: Busek is a leading innovator in space propulsion and engineering solutions, specializing in
electric propulsion, chemical propulsion, and related technologies . Our expertise includes
Hall effect thrusters, electrospray propulsion, and green monopropellant systems , supporting both commercial and government space missions. Position Overview: We are seeking
hands-on, technically skilled individuals
to join our
manufacturing team
in a
contract role with the potential for permanent conversion . This is a
unique opportunity to gain experience and training in the aerospace industry , working on cutting-edge propulsion systems that support next-generation space missions. Ideal Candidates: We welcome applicants from diverse technical backgrounds, including:
Individuals with an
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
or related fields. Candidates with
strong hands-on technical skills , even without a formal degree. Experienced
technicians
who have worked in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical roles. Key Responsibilities:
Work in a
high-precision manufacturing environment
assembling and testing aerospace components. Follow
detailed technical procedures
to ensure quality and performance. Learn and apply
aerospace manufacturing standards and best practices . Collaborate with engineers and technicians to
troubleshoot and improve
manufacturing processes. Maintain a
