volume-driven store , so efficiency, focus, and accountability are key. As an

F&I Manager , you'll play a crucial role in optimizing every deal while maintaining the highest level of guest experience and compliance. What You'll Do: Drive sales performance by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals—and holding yourself accountable to them Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to meet unit sales, gross profit, and F&I product targets Manage the full finance process, including

rapid, clean funding

and accurate documentation Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and more Work closely with

prime and subprime lenders

to secure the best approvals for our guests Ensure strict compliance and uphold the highest levels of

integrity and professionalism Handle showroom, e-commerce, and inbound phone traffic to maximize every opportunity Who You Are: A high-integrity leader with

2+ years of retail automotive F&I experience Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to win— you thrive on accountability Effective at managing your time and maintaining

efficiency in a fast-paced environment Strong closer with a consistent track record of performance Experienced working with banks and credit unions to
