INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a mechanical services and engineering firm that focuses on the performance of high-quality preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as heating, air conditioning, and electrical retrofit projects in larger commercial office buildings, telecommunication facilities, data centers, manufacturing, and institutional properties across New England.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT? 1. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead

generationpreferably

in B2B or commercial services. 2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. 3. Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. 6. Knowledge of the HVAC industry or commercial facility maintenance is a plus but not required. 7. Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by cold-calling prospective commercial clients and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Account Executives. This position plays a key role in fueling our sales pipeline and driving company growth. Success in this role opens the door to an Outside Sales Account Executive position.

RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to commercial prospects. Identify and qualify potential clients who may benefit from HVAC preventative maintenance services. Effectively communicate the value of our maintenance programs and solutions. Schedule appointments and meetings for the Outside Sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries when necessary. Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting goals. Continuously build and update a prospect database for targeted outreach.

COMPENSATION & LOCATION This position will be based out of Taunton, MA. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire.
