Client Partner – Banking, Mortgage, Cards and Financial Services | AI, Cloud, Data & Digital
Idexcel is seeking an accomplished leader in the Banking, Mortgage, Cards and Financial Services sector to help expand our footprint across AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation services. This is a senior client-facing role, ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing high-value relationships and delivering innovative technology solutions to top-tier financial institutions. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing a robust book of business, shaping client strategy, overseeing delivery excellence, and leading cross-functional teams across strategic accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor and a thought leader who brings deep industry insight to support our clients' digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth and Client Success Develop and execute growth strategies to meet $20M+ annual revenue goals across key financial services accounts. Identify new opportunities by understanding client priorities and mapping them to Idexcel’s solution portfolio. Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives and KPIs. Industry Expertise and Innovation Bring domain expertise in Banking, Mortgage, and broader Financial Services, including a strong understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations. Drive thought leadership, contribute to GTM strategy, and engage in marketing, speaking, or content development to strengthen our industry presence. Partner with practices and SMEs to co-create client-specific solutions across AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital platforms. Client and Relationship Management Cultivate C-level and senior executive relationships; engage stakeholders across technology, operations, data, and digital teams. Serve as a strategic advisor who drives transformation, trust, and long-term value. Lead issue resolution, manage escalations, and act as the executive sponsor for major engagements. Team Leadership and Collaboration Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Collaborate with alliance partners (AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) to shape integrated offerings. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and delivery excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of leadership experience in Financial Services consulting and account management Proven success managing P&L, delivering high-impact technology solutions, and expanding client portfolios Deep network and transferable relationships in Banking, Card Tech, Mortgage, and Fintech segments Strong track record of business development, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach; willing to roll up sleeves to drive outcomes Experience in partner-led solutioning and co-selling with major cloud and tech providers Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills Entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, and collaborative in approach Seniority level
