Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst
to join our Reporting & Performance Analytics team. In this role, you will support the
Pharmacy Dispensing Network (PDN)
team by delivering critical reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who is passionate about using analytics to improve healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the PDN team to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as
Tableau
,
SQL
, and other BI platforms.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and usability.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
We are unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position. Basic and Required Skills: Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working.
Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in
SQL
and experience with BI tools such as
Tableau
or
Power BI
.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred: Masters degree in a related field.
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy or medication management.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $69,900 - $116,500
