The Customer Data Specialist will support the Accounts Receivable Finance team and be responsible for accurately completing a variety of functions in relation to customer account information and maintenance, ERP transitions and customer data accuracy. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Quickly and accurately execute a variety of data and administrative functions to support FSC as well as our divisional partners. Work with the Supervisor of Customer Data to successfully migrate and cleanse customer data and create processes to align with the new ERP system. Assist Supervisor of Customer Data in the transition of divisional administrative functions to the FSC team. Achieve SLA's/Metrics set forth by the Supervisor of Customer Data. Identify areas of process improvement and offer solutions for resolution. Communicate with the Supervisor of Customer Data on issues in a clear and concise format. Job Specifications: Experience with systems and technology implementation. Ability to multitask and stay organized with a diverse range of functions to perform. Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members across functional disciplines and in multiple business units. Experience in a task-oriented role. Strong communication both written and oral. Ability to complete complex tasks independently. Required Education and Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience within corporate finance desired Experience working in a global, multi-ERP enterprise. Experience with Infor XA and/or Office 365 is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of a Financial Shared Services organization. Work Environment: This is an office position. Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.
