Flight Test Systems Integration Engineer
Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated Flight Test Systems Integration Engineer to become a member of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT). As a Flight Test Integration Engineer, you will: Integrate the system architecture and CONOPS, system level design, and requirements across the various subsystems Coordinate system analysis, flight sciences, and interface definition Participate in studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities to support flight tests and/or deployed system development Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning and implementation for an integrated system solution Develop plans to on-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews Participate in failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards This position may require quarterly travel. Basic Qualifications: Experience in Systems Engineering Experience in Electrical Engineering Demonstrated capability in requirements and verification (including requirement engineering, requirements management, verification) Active security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret) Experience leading teams in generation of technical data products Highly effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements Experience integrating across functional organizations Desired Skills: MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project Experience with DOORS or DOORS Next Experience with, or on, the FBM program, working with the Navy, or Submarine exposure is highly desired Self-starter, able to complete work without appreciable direction Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
