Job Summary
The Treasures Manager of Stores oversees the daily operations, staff, and volunteers serving the retail locations and is responsible for meeting sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with Avow’s mission.
Job Duties
Staff & Volunteer Management Hire, train, and retain staff and volunteers. Provide regular coaching and performance feedback. Partner with the volunteer department for volunteer management and recognition. Promote a positive, mission-driven team culture. Store Operations & Merchandising Monitor donation levels and ensure merchandise is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with Avow’s Ethics and Compliance Program. Customer Experience & Community Engagement Create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. Promote a charitable, mission-focused shopping experience. Represent Avow in the community to drive sales and donations. Marketing & Promotions Work with the communications team on store signage, promotions, and marketing materials. Use the POS system for promotions and tracking. Plan and execute events to increase store traffic and visibility. Facilities & Logistics Coordinate store maintenance and repairs with the facilities team. Ensure compliance with safety and inspection requirements. Oversee transportation and scheduling of pickups/deliveries using internal and third-party resources. Collaboration & Leadership Partner across departments to support Avow’s goals. Lead by example and inspire a committed, high-performing team. Other Duties as Assigned

Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of five years of experience in retail sales management, internal financial control systems, budgeting, resale industry knowledge, merchandising, pricing and displays.
Qualifications
Skills and qualifications for this position include exceptional customer service, budget management, merchandising, market knowledge, staffing, strategic planning, and management proficiency. The manager will be prepared to efficiently address safety and security related issues and represent the Treasures operation to various organizational committees.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Treasures Manager of Stores is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all Treasures locations. The manager will recruit, train, counsel and appraise staff, oversee volunteers and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Avow policies.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current Florida Driver’s License.
