We are seeking an
Automotive Shipper/Receiver
to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for shipping, receiving, and organizing parts while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to both internal departments and external customers.

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming parts shipments. Verify shipments against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders using proper packaging. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Assist with dealer trades, warranty returns, and core returns. Pick up and deliver parts/equipment to customers, vendors, and wholesale accounts. Keep bins, aisles, and stockroom areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled. Operate equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack safely and effectively. Support Parts Advisors and assist with counter service when required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Previous shipping/receiving or automotive parts experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
