Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Solutions Architect/SME
to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that ensure consistent, scalable, and best-in-class implementations across business units. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Utilities Cloud (not mandatory) and hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows , aligned with CoE standards. Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs and middleware , ensuring reusable, scalable patterns. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and CoE leads to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing Salesforce assets for
performance, security, and scalability . Implement and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using Salesforce DX, GitHub, and DevOps best practices. Ensure compliance with CoE governance regarding
data integrity, security models, and platform policies . Stay updated with
Salesforce releases
and evolving CoE standards to recommend platform improvements. Document technical designs and configurations aligned with CoE knowledge management practices. Support
release management, change control , and environment strategy as directed by the CoE.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years
of experience as a Salesforce developer or platform engineer in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce , and declarative Salesforce features. Proven experience with
Salesforce APIs, integration patterns , and middleware tools. Proficiency with
Salesforce DX, GitHub, and CI/CD tooling . Deep understanding of
Salesforce security models
and governance policies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
(Platform Developer II or advanced certifications preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
Salesforce Utilities Cloud
(MUST-HAVE). Experience with
MuleSoft
or other enterprise middleware platforms. Knowledge of
Agile methodologies
and CoE-driven delivery models. Familiarity with
data migration and ETL tools
in large-scale Salesforce projects.
