Seeking a
Property Manager
near Hollywood to oversee 100 units. Position includes a free 1-bedroom apartment. Work out of a separate leasing office on the property. Improve your work-life balance by reducing your travel time to and from work. Opportunity for advancement. Online and in-person training.
Compensation Includes: $22.00 per hour Free one-bedroom apartment included Responsibilities:
Ensuring the seamless daily operation of the property. Assist with the Fiscal management of assets. Help drive leasing and marketing efforts on various platforms and social media Overseeing resident relations. Assist with supervising maintenance and vendors. Ensuring compliance with safety policies. Ensuring on-time collection and deposit of rents. Conducting unit and property inspections, managing marketing, assessing vacancies, and showcasing units to prospective residents. Handling the service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day property management. Ensuring compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations. Preparing and submitting monthly reports. Assisting with responsibility for the property and its resident activities and programs. Job Requirements Include:
A minimum of 2 plus years of experience managing at least 60 plus units Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be available to work one weekend day per week. PMA offers a competitive benefits package to full-time employees, including:
