Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join our team at Howard Intervention Center. The BCBA will design, oversee, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role requires collaboration with RBTs, Lead RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure client progress and success.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments

Develop and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead RBTs

Train staff and parents on ABA strategies, data collection, and behavior management

Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress through data review and observation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to support generalization of skills across environments

Stay current with BACB requirements and best practices in ABA

Qualifications

Current

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

State licensure (if applicable) and in good standing

Previous experience designing and overseeing ABA treatment plans (minimum 1 year preferred)

Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
