Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days, rotating Employment Type: Travel Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: Oswego Health Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 10-hour Day Shift (No weekends, No call)\ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week Requirements: Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program NYS License/Registration – required ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine – required CPR certification – required Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radiopharmaceuticals. Safely prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals (injection, ingestion, inhalation). Conduct SPECT imaging and evaluate images for technical quality. Review provider orders and consult with Radiologists as needed. Operate and maintain Nuclear Medicine equipment with daily QA checks. Ensure radiation safety standards for patients, staff, and self.
