RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
