We are seeking a
Ford Pro Elite Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and a strong team player who can provide excellent customer service while supporting efficient shop operations. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts.
Establish follow-up times and maintain regular customer updates.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
Review final invoices for accuracy and explain services performed to customers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a service department.
Prior experience at a Ford dealership, heavy truck shop, or fleet service environment preferred.
CDK system experience is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of truck and automotive systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive, energetic personality with professional integrity.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
