All Things Chocolate & More in Richmond Hill, GA is looking for one baker and chocolate maker for our locations in Richmond Hill, GA. **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled baker and chocolate maker to join our team and help create delicious baked goods and artisan chocolates. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, as well as crafting high-quality chocolates from scratch. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for baking will contribute to the success of our bakery and chocolate shop.

**Responsibilities:** - Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries, following recipes and quality standards. - Create artisan chocolates by tempering chocolate, molding, dipping, and decorating with various fillings and flavors. - Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings and meet customer demands. - Ensure that all baked goods and chocolates are produced with high quality and consistency. - Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies as needed. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. - Knowledge of chocolate tempering and confectionery techniques preferred but we will train the right candidate. - Understanding of ingredient functions and recipe development. - Attention to detail and precision in decorating and finishing baked goods and chocolates. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients. - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
